Valencia to win at Mallorca @ 21/20
Only Barcelona and Real Madrid have accumulated more points than Valencia in the last six matches in LaLiga. Los Che are on a five-game unbeaten streak in the division and have tasted defeat just once in nine. Maxi Gomez struck the only goal against 10-man Eibar last time out to end a run of two successive 1-1 draws. Mallorca have the worst form with five defeats in six games so are easy to oppose in our European football tips.
Milan to beat Udinese @ 1/2
Zlatan Ibrahimovic said “I feel good” after scoring his first goal for Milan since rejoining them in the 2-0 win at Cagliari. The Rossoneri have lost just once in seven matches and are now just four points away from the final Europa League spot in Serie A. Udinese have won three in a row and beat Milan 1-0 at home in August but we are backing the home side to be buoyant and Ibrahimovic can be the difference.
Bayern Munich to win at Hertha Berlin @ 3/10
Bayern Munich have reeled off three successive wins – scoring 11 and conceding two – since suffering back-to-back defeats to Bayer Leverkusen and Borussia Monchengladbach. They now sit third, four points behind leaders RB Leipzig, and can continue their resurgence despite facing a Hertha Berlin side who are unbeaten in four and have kept three clean sheets in a row, albeit netting twice in that time. Bayern’s mojo is back and their quality will shine through.
Den Haag to beat RKC Waalwijk @ 21/20
Former Newcastle and West Ham manager Alan Pardew takes charge of Den Haag for the first time in this bottom-of-the-table clash. De Haag are without a win since October 26 – a run of seven games – and were thrashed 6-1 at Ajax before the winter break. RKC Waalwijk are bottom, two points behind their fellow strugglers, and have lost seven of their nine away games. We are backing Pardew to give his new side a confidence boost.
Famalicao to beat Maritimo @ 18/25
Famalicao have accumulated 16 points from a possible 21 at the Estadio Municipal 22 de Junho and have scored the joint-second most goals at home in Portugal’s Primeira Liga. They have posted back-to-back wins over Vitoria Setubal and Boavista, both without conceding, since resuming after the winter break. Maritimo have picked up four points from their last two games and are unbeaten in four but home form will be the key as we round off our European football tips.
